Troy Michael DeCleene

October 19, 1963 — August 3, 2025

Troy was born in Waukesha, and raised in the Big Bend and Mukwonago area.

He had an extreme love for the outdoors: hunting, fishing, and riding to name a few. He loved to cook and was always coming up with something new to feed people. He was skilled in many areas and a self-taught man who believed that you can do anything as long as you are willing to put in the effort. He loved God, guns, fireworks, and freedom. He loved sharing his knowledge with anyone who was willing to learn, and had a hand in helping make so many people the person they are today.

Troy was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Harvey; Grandmother, Adeline; Uncle Ed; Son, Michael; Aunt Diane; Jim DeCleene; Cousin, JoJo; and his Wife of 22 years, Tina.

He is survived by and will forever live on through his Mother, Susan DeCleene (Hein); Brother, Jason DeCleene; Sister, Jamie (Michael) Fabian; Children: Amanda (James) Shepherd, Jessica (Josh) Waller, Jacob DeCleene, Marshall Hutchinson, and Lynea Hutchinson; grandchildren: Joseph, Troy, Adeline, Ella, James, Hayes, and Owen; Nieces, Brooke, and Brittany; Nephew, Bryce; and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, friends, and friends he called family. With special mention to his Uncle Tom, who he spent many years of his life accomplishing great things with; the kids that weren’t his own that he took under his wing and gave years of love, time, care, and advice (whether they wanted it or not); to Ashley and Angel; his friend he called Brother, Paulie; his Buddy, Timmy; his right-hand man, Tim; and all of his loyal and loved Fireworks customers and Vendors from our Gun Show Family.

Troy will be missed by so many and going on without him seems unimaginable, but we will hold him in our hearts and memories as we march on carrying with us the love and lessons he instilled in us all.

Troy loved good food, good music, and a good time with friends and family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on his Birthday, October 19th, 2025, at Field Park in Mukwonago from 3PM to 9PM. There will be food, music, the Packer Game, and all the things Troy loved.

If you would like to come celebrate Troy’s life and honor his memory with family, friends, and loved ones, please text Amanda at 262-888-2887 to confirm that you will be coming so we can plan accordingly.
