Steven Edward Andrejczak

Steven Edward Andrejczak, 42 years old, was born on September 4, 1980, in Milwaukee, WI, and found peace on May 15, 2023, after a long struggle with mental health and substance abuse. 

He leaves behind his mother, Debra Brezovar (Angela Gilbert); sister, Melissa Musial (Nathan); niece, Whitney; nephew, Jameson; aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.  

Steve had a contagious smile, sense of humor and quick wit that was unmatched. His passion for helping others, giving even when he had nothing to give, served him well in the hospitality industry where he perfected his culinary skills and prided himself on the amazing meals he created. He also loved the outdoors, particularly fishing at his family’s cabin. Baseball was also a passion. Steve played into adulthood and always followed the Brewers through good seasons, and bad. Additionally, he found art very therapeutic, creating beautiful drawings. 

He was always thankful for the love that was shared with him. The unfiltered love he gave was life changing. Deep down, he truly meant well and was always ready to give a great big hug. As with all of us, he had his battles; some won, some lost; but the love in his soul was true. 

Steve will be sorely missed, yet will continue to live on in the memories of those who knew him. 

A private celebration of life will be held with family. In lieu of flowers, donations to NAMI of Southeast Wisconsin, Salvation Army of Waukesha County (https://centralusa.salvationarmy.org/waukesha/), or St. Vincent de Paul, organizations that have provided Steve much support over the years, are appreciated.
