Sarah Lynn Moody

Sarah Lynn Moody of Hartford, WI, went home to be with her Lord Jesus on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at the age of 27. She had fought a courageous battle with sarcoma.

Sarah was a graduate of the New Tribes Bible Institute of Waukesha, WI, more recently named Ethnos 360. After graduation she worked for the Rochester Deli in Waukesha, and most recently as a food server for The Fox and Hounds Restaurant in Hubertus. Sarah’s interests included reading, spending time with family and friends, and childcare. She would also volunteer occasionally at Lake Lundgren Bible Camp in Pembine, WI.

Sarah is survived by her parents, Tim and Kay Moody, Hartford, WI; three brothers and one sister, Eric Moody, Sheboygan, WI; Kevin (Jennifer) Moody, Woodland Park, CO; Hannah Moody, Hartford, WI; Zachary Moody, Hartford, WI; one nephew, Quinn Moody, Woodland Park, CO; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service is scheduled for 3 pm, Sat. January 7 at White Stone Community Church in Oconomowoc. Visitation is at the church from 1:30 pm until the time of the service. Officiating is Pastor Luke Dye.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin, and Zilber Hospice for their care during Sarah’s sarcoma journey.

The Cremation Society of Milwaukee is serving the family.
