Roger Matthew Henke

Roger Henke, aged 81, passed away peacefully on September 16th, 2023 in Oconomowoc, WI.

Roger enjoyed many hobbies, including hunting with the Dudleys and family, fishing on Lake Five, and completing projects in the garage.

Beyond his many hobbies Roger was a devoted family man, who loved his children and grandchildren above all else. He was a beloved husband to Marlene, and a devoted father to his children Randy, Joe, John, and Becky. His one of a kind humor and infectious smile made any meeting with him memorable. His kindness and willingness to help made him a cherished and loyal friend to many.

Roger is survived by children Randy (Regina) Henke, John (Jen) Henke, Becky (Tom) Brolin, grandchildren Sami, Alex, Caitlin, Molly, Haley, Skye, Sarah, Brooklyn, Aleeya, and his grandpuppy Louie, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marlene (d. 2009), and son, Joe (d. 2023).

A Celebration of Life will be held at Flynn's Pub in Colgate on September 30th from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

Roger will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his legacy will live on through his family and friends.
