Robert E. Schmidt

Schmidt, Robert (Bob) E, 78, of Greenfield (WI), passed away Feb. 19, 2021, after a long illness. He was born Jul. 30, 1942, to Arthur L. and Leone B. Prokop Schmidt in Milwaukee. He is survived by his sister, Carol Schmidt (Ralph Tatman) and step-son Dale Baumbach, many cousins, and long-time friends Roger and Bonnie Jankowski and others. He graduated from Boys’ Tech (1960), and received his Engineering Degree and MBA from Marquette University. He proudly owned three Corvettes, had traveled all over the world, and was a Packers fan. A warm thank you to Dr Hake, his team, and Jamie in P/T (UWCancer Center/PHC), Dr Carroll (Froedtert), Dr Wilkes (Eye Institute), Ryan & Dr Auger (Urology Assoc), and a very special thank you to staff at Angel’s Grace Hospice (Oconomowoc) for their wonderful care during his short stay. Robert requested cremation and to have no funeral service.
