Raymond Jerome Osheim

October 20, 1952 — March 22, 2024

It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Raymond Jerome Osheim at the age of 71. He passed away March 22, 2024, at 7:30pm in Hartford, WI. He was born on October 20, 1952, in Milwaukee, WI, to Phylis and Leander Osheim, who have both preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by his first wife, Cheryl Osheim, and other family and friends

Ray found lifelong enjoyment in hunting and fishing. He went on multiple trips to Canada with his family, lifelong friends, and son. Ray even built a cabin in Pembine, WI, and frequently went on trips to the Pine River, Waupaca, Peshtigo, and other surrounding areas. He loved going to Oconto to visit his surrogate son, Danny Johnson (who also preceded him in death), to hunt, fish, and shoot every type of gun ever made. He went on several guided trips, one of which he successfully took down a wild boar with a bow and arrow. 

Ray retired from MMAC as the Manager of Sales and moved onto Pike Lake in Hartford, WI, where he never strayed far from. Later moving into an apartment only blocks away from Pike Lake a few years before his death. Ray will always be remembered as a kind hearted and loving man always practicing and preaching peace and love. 

He is survived by his son, Nathan Osheim; daughter-in-law, Kierstan Jaeschke; grand-daughter, Secilia; and brothers, Ernie and Gary Osheim.

In memory of Raymond Osheim, a Celebration of Life will be held on April 27, 2024, beginning at 12PM at the North Pavilion on Pike Lake, Hartford, WI. Also in his honor, his son will be hosting a Walleye fry with drinks and sides.
