Phillip Mark Schiebel, 68, of Mukwonago, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on January 13, 1958, in Milwaukee and graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran High School in 1976. He met the love of his life, Annette (nee Storniolo), a few years later in 1979. They married in February of 1985 and were married for the last 41 years. He was the loving father of Aaron (Stacey), Jacob (d. 1988), Timothy (Ashley), and Peter (Karlene), and the proud grandfather of Eleanor, Walter, Jolene, and Declan.
He was a loving brother to many brothers and sisters and a fun uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lauris and Jeanne, and his brothers, Billy and David.
He loved coaching his sons in all of their sports. He was able to enjoy summers off for most of their childhood, as he was a school bus driver that all of the kids loved. He enjoyed Miller Brewery Tours, minor league baseball games, road trips, playing with his granddogs, riding his motorcycles, playing Farkle, and camping with his extended family. He was a proud member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in North Prairie, WI, for 35 years, where he served in many roles and taught many kids about Jesus.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Angel’s Grace Hospice in Oconomowoc for keeping Phil comfortable for the last few days of his life.
A visitation will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church located at 312 N Main St North Prairie at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 31, with a service to follow. Lunch will follow the service.
