Patricia A. Madunic, also known as Pat or Patsy, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2023, at the age of 71, in Waukesha, WI. She was born on January 12, 1952, in Milwaukee, WI.
Pat had a vibrant personality and was known for her love of animals, especially Shelties. She leaves behind her beloved dog, Stitch, but is now with all of the fur babies who went before her. Max, Tugg, Elmo, Alex, Jack, and Shadow were waiting to welcome her home. Knowing her, she is telling all of them how handsome and pretty they are and taking in all the wiggles and kisses they have to offer.
Pat possessed a unique talent for crochet and all things crafty. She was passionate about politics and would argue current events with anyone who would participate. However, her stubborn and opinionated nature was balanced by her infectious laughter and a deep appreciation for warm hugs.
Patsy will be deeply missed by her children: Michael (Roberta) Madunic, Richard Henry, Eric (Jessie) Madunic, Shauna (Tim) Benjamin, and Amanda (Chris) Luc. She was a loving grandmother to Alex (Iris) Madunic, Madison and Peyton Henry, Isabelle and Emily Luc, and Ryker Benjamin. Patsy is also survived by her siblings: Pamela (Dann Zaborski) Hartwig, Pia (Jeff) Lewandowski, Trina (Tom) Sznaider, Paul (Wendy) Henry, and two other brothers. In addition, she will be missed by her best friend of 30 years, Kathy Hill, as well as her cherished daughter-in-law, Gina Olson.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Victor Madunic, and her mother, Josephine Jensen.
A private gathering to honor Patsy will be held in early 2024, allowing her loved ones to pay their respects and share cherished memories.
Patsy's warm presence, love for animals, and talent for crochet will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
