Lu Anne Anich, born on January 24, 1951, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of memories cherished by those who knew and loved her. 

She was the beloved daughter of Anton J. Anich and Myralyn Anich (Rothe), and a devoted sister to Suzanne E. Anich. Lu Anne grew up with a strong sense of independence and curiosity that carried her throughout her life. She graduated from Mukwanago High School (Mukwonago WI). 

She attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where she further shaped her path and passions. Not long after, she made her way to Miami, Florida, where she celebrated life that reflected her vibrant spirit. Lu Anne worked for Norwegian Cruise Lines, a role that suited her adventurous nature and love for travel. She found joy in new experiences and embraced the energy and diversity of life in Miami. 

She will be remembered for her strength, her independence, and the unique way she moved through the world. She held a special place in the hearts of her family, especially her nieces, Jalaine Peterson and Korinne Neher, who will forever carry her memory with them. 

Lu Anne’s life was one of resilience and quiet determination. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
