Jack D. Welch, born on August 10, 1964, in New York, passed away on July 31, 2026. Jack was proud to have served his country as a member of the US Navy, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to duty and service. 

Jack is survived by his daughter, Julia Streich, and his stepdaughter, Haley DePrey. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Carla Welch, whose memory remained a guiding light for him, as well as by his mother, Bonnie Bodewaldt, and his father, David Welch.
