It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Chris, a beloved son, brother, father, and friend. Chris was a remarkable individual who touched the lives of all who knew him. His unwavering love for his family, his selflessness, and his passion for soccer will forever be remembered. 

 

Born on March 30, 1976, Chris brought joy and happiness into the lives of his loved ones from the very beginning. His infectious smile and warm personality were a constant source of comfort and inspiration. Chris had an incredible bond with his sons, Andrew and Conner, whom he cherished above all else. As their soccer coach, he instilled in them not only a love for the game, but also valuable life lessons about teamwork, dedication, and perseverance. 

 

Family was at the core of Chris’s being. He was a devoted son to his mother, Joyce Worden, and a loving brother to Kevin Worden and Wendy Worden. Chris always went above and beyond to support and care for his family, offering a helping hand whenever it was needed. His presence alone had the power to light up a room, and his absence will be deeply felt by all.  

 

Soccer held a special place in Chris’s heart. Whether he was playing or coaching, the sport brought him immense joy and fulfillment. His passion for soccer was infectious, and he inspired countless individuals to pursue their own dreams on and off the field. Chris will forever be remembered as a dedicated coach, mentor, and friend to all those who shared his love for the beautiful game.  

 

Chris was preceded in death by his father, Joel Worden, who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms in the heavens above. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and compassion that will continue to live on through his mother, Joyce Worden, his brother, Kevin Worden, his sister, Wendy Worden, and his adoring sons, Andrew and Conner. Additionally, he will be deeply missed by his nieces, nephews, and a multitude of family and friends whose lives he touched. 

 

In honoring Chris's memory, let us strive to embody the qualities that made him so special. May we always be there for our loved ones, just as he was for us. Let us continue to spread love, light, and laughter, knowing that Chris's spirit will forever guide and inspire us. 

 

Forever in our hearts, Chris will be dearly missed but never forgotten. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
