Christopher James Parez

Christopher James Parez, age 41, born in Milwaukee, attended the Wauwatosa West public schools. Chris passed away the morning of September 6, 2024, after suffering a fatal asthma attack, a struggle since he was a young boy. Christopher is survived by a large family that extended to the team at Travieso in Waukesha. 

Chris will be remembered for overcoming adversity and dedicating himself to his love of cooking and the fulfillment of others. Chris had been living his dream of being a chef while working at Travieso at the time of his passing. Along with sadness, our hearts are filled with joy and gratitude as our family sits with co-workers and friends to remember his accomplishments, talents, generosity, and famously unfiltered humor. He touched many lives.
