Rick enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and studying the Bible. He didn’t enjoy exercising, but did it anyway. His mottos included “If it ain’t fun we ain’t gonna do it” and “Don’t quit living to extend your life”. He was grateful for his children, Eric and Heather. They both were loved dearly and their father was proud of all of their accomplishments. They each followed their dreams and were successful in their fulfillment.

To his bride, Pam: If Rick had made a list of everything he wanted in a woman, you would hit them all and, in addition, some things he never thought of putting on the list.

To Sharon for your continuing love, being the mother of his children, and for holding the family together when he wasn’t there.

To all his friends and lovers along the way who added interest, excitement, and love to his life.

Rick’s parting wish: That despite all our differences, we could come to the understanding that we have in common the same spirit which is given to all freely by God.
