Barbara Ann James

Passed away peacefully in her home of 65 years. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Bob, and Son, Tom.

She is survived by children: Robert (Rosemary) James, Kathy (Dale) Voskuil, and Joe James; Grandchildren: Mike (Beth) Whalen, Dan Whalen, Sarah (Josh) Reetz, and Landon James; Great Grandchildren: Nathan, Maddie, Emma, Brandon, Brooklyn, Bailey, and Dakoda. She was one of eight children born to Anthony and Billie Scrima of Waukesha.

At 19, she married Bob and raised four children as part of the Lincoln Avenue gang….enjoying neighborhood parties, late-night cookouts, and lifelong friendships. She loved the occasional casino visit, playing poker with the family, and bingo with her grandkids.

Her memories include family gatherings at the weekend Wautoma retreat, homemade Italian dinners, and cheering on her Packers and Brewers.

Mom's kind heart and lively spirit was endearing to all who knew her. She will be missed.

Friends and family are invited to share memories during a celebration of life Saturday, Aug 10th at Fox River Christian Church S46W24130 Lawnsdale Rd. Waukesha. Visitation will be at 10:00am with a service at 11:00.
