Anthony J. Chirchirillo

February 12, 1943 — May 3, 2021

Anthony “Tony” Chirchirillo – It is with deep sorrow that the family of Tony announces his passing into Eternal Life on May 3rd, 2021. Born Anthony Joseph Chirchirillo in New York, Tony was raised by Sicilian parents who instilled in Tony the value of a good education. Tony is preceded in death by his loving parents Joseph and Irene Chirchirillo and wonderful in-laws Elmer and Laurel Pankau. Tony knew a lot of people. The result was hundreds of people who were the beneficiaries of his great humor, excellent stories, and delicious cooking/baking. Tony never passed on a good time with his loving family or dear friends. His favorite “The Godfather” movies and that Italian New York accent were always close at hand. He was a proud graduate of Marquette University. While at Marquette, he met and happily married Cheryl (nee Pankau), his loving wife of 53 years. Their union brought forth his lovely daughter, Gina (Brian) Frakes and wonderful ‘can-do-nothing-wrong’ granddaughters, Tiana and McRae. Of great importance to Tony and in sincere friendship are Gino ‘Louie’ F., Bob B., Joe G., Mike G., Jack F., and Chuck K., who for decades gathered on Milwaukee’s Eastside for Marquette Games, good food, billiards at Romine’s, the Breaking Point and reminiscing. The family of Tony express sincere appreciation to the doctors and medical professionals for the loving care shown to Tony and his family. Services currently are pending due to Covid.
